In principle, our VIP tickets cannot be canceled in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. However, you are welcome to contact us regarding a change,
How are the tickets sent?
The tickets will be sent to you as a Print@Home ticket approximately 3-4 days before the match to the e-mail address you used for the purchase.
